    Superior Completion Services is currently seeking a Manufacturing Facility Supervisor to join our team in Houston,  TX.



    The Manufacturing Facility Supervisor position is responsible for overall facility upkeep, cleanliness, and orderliness. The position is also responsible for all machinery upkeep and repairs. 


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supervise maintenance mechanics to ensure all machinery is kept in working order.  This includes CNC machines, compressors, HVAC equipment, exhaust fans/heaters, test lab equipment, lighting, etc.
    • Supervise and coordinate with outside vendors to ensure Superior property is kept in adequate condition.  Construction projects, grounds upkeep, janitorial services, roofing repairs, etc.        
    • Maintains knowledge of materials used in day to day operations.          
    • Maintains supply materials and repair parts inventory.        
    • Performs quarterly required safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE policies.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of three years related experience.


    • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
