    We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Odessa, TX.



    Coordinates and maintains Quality records, documentation, quality manuals, procedures, standards, databases, etc. for the Completion Services Division.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    • Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions
    • Maintain and update inventory records
    • Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
    • Reconcile inventory discrepancies
    • Implement a loss prevention program
    • Report all inventory issues to management
    • Develop Root Cause Analysis and present to management
    • Prepare a list of depleted products and survey of unusable material


    Minimum Requirements

    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory control in Oil and Gas Industry
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Exemplary mathematical skills
    • Analytical Skills
    • Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
    • Detail oriented
    • Great Plains


    • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
