Manage the daily operations of the district in accordance with company policy, governmental legislation, and quality service goals, through the effective and efficient use of its financial, capital, and human resources.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate sales by calling on new customers, potential customers and maintaining good relationships with current customers.
Has direct or indirect responsibility for all personnel at location.
Determine need for equipment and supplies while maintaining appropriate levels of inventory.
Schedule supervisors and is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of their work, reports and expenses.
Oversee general maintenance of equipment and facility.
Recognize problems and improvements needed and make recommendation to upper management.
Submit required reports on a timely basis.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Supervises 35+ exempt and hourly personnel depending on the size of the business unit
Oversee all employees safety and technical training
Oversee all district employees personal progression
Other duties as assigned

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and management skills
Physical Job Demands:
Atmospheric Conditions – Exposure to conditions such as fumes, noxious odors, dusts, mists, and gases
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when applicable
Required to travel to job sites for a week or more at a time in a designated area.
Must be able to work long periods of time, including nights and weekends
Must have efficient eye-hand coordination
Must be able to perform physical labor involved frequent lifting (over 50lbs.), carrying, bending, and shoveling
