    Wild Well Control is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!



    As part of the Training deparment, the Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and receiving visitors.  Also the Adminstrative Assistant will support the department by taking enrollments, interacting with customers and assisting the instructor team and management.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents
    • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
    • Prepares and competes class paperwork
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
    • Taking enrollments and sending confirmations
    • Order student lunches and assist with cleanup
    • Assist with invoicing process
    • Assist in collection of past due invoices
    • Assist in correspondence & mailings related to general inquiries and client needs
    • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and workgroups including internal WellSHARP and WellCAP courses
    • Any additional duties and responsibilities that may be required for the betterment of Wild Well Control, Inc.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Previous administrative/office experience
    • Oil & Gas industry experience a plus
    • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office, cloud based systems and enrollment software
    • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
    • Attention to detail
    • Good interpersonal skills, able to deal with a wide range of situations and personalities.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • A team spirit and cooperative nature.
    • Self-starter capable of working and prioritizing projects with little supervision.
    • Mature, dependable, confident, organized and adaptable to change.


    Some college and/or attributable training experience will be Preferred.
