We are currently looking for a Mechanic to join our team in El Reno, OK.
The Mechanic repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as generators, engines, trailers, trucks, and heavy trucks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Entry Level Mechanic performs work specified on maintenance and service orders with efficiency and in accordance with company standards, diagnoses and repairs equipment systems including flushes, oil changes, etc. provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs
Clean and service company assets such as, generators, trailers, trucks, heavy trucks
Perform routine maintenance on equipment in field environment on customer location
Comply with all QHSE policies and procedures during the course of work.
Ensures full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures
Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly
Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined and equipment is ready for customer use
Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, giving tune ups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires, packs axel bearings and prepares equipment for delivery.
Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective.
Ability to work a twenty-four (24) hour on call schedule.
