We are currently looking for a Field Manager to join our team in El Reno, OK.

 

Summary

 

The Field Manager will assists Operations Manager by supporting onshore operations in order to meet internal goals and objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists in identifying and coordinating operation requirements in order to provide a timely, cost efficient quality service.

  • Responds to customer calls, assesses the situation, decides what resources are needed, and dispatches personnel.

  • Gathers information pertaining to customer needs.

  • Assists in conducting safety meetings.

  • Trains, motivates and develops staff to ensure continually high standard of performance; gives correction action if needed.

  • Writes daily report and notifies Vice President of Operations and Operations Manager of all activities.

  • Participates in taking calls one week a month, including weekends.

  • Fills out information for delivery ticket.

  • Assists with inventory management. Orders supplies and writes requisitions.

  • Monitors expenses for budget.

  • Ensures all equipment is inspected.

  • Monitors Department of Transportation logs.

  • Inspects facility and field, and writes up report.

  • Ensures full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.

  • Interacts with others in a professional manner.

  • Performs any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

  • Performs all management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Certificates, Licenses and Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum five years related experience and/or training, preferably in the oil and gas industry, or equivalent combination or education and experience.
  • Foundation knowledge of budgeting, interpreting and understanding financial statements.
  • Knowledge of current practices, equipment and technology used in onsite accommodations and auxiliary equipment for the oil and gas industry or industrial and commercial building customer experience.
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written.
  • Must have a valid local driver's license with clean driving record
  • Must pass a physical, agility testing, and drug and alcohol screen

 

Education

  • High School or G.E.D.
