 Job Summary:    This job title is responsible for the accuracy of the physical and electronic management of assets and shipping, receiving and tracking of damages.  The individual works with shop personnel, project coordinators, shipping and receiving, and vendors.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Review and maintenance of OPUS inventory
  • Physical Inventory of tubulars, pipe, and landing string and reconciliation OPUS
  • Physical Inventory of serial number assets and reconciliation OPUS
  • Physical Inventory of bar stock and reconciliation with OPUS
  • Assist shipping and receiving on confirmation of availability of equipment
  • Verification of inventory at vendors for repair, maintenance, and storage
  • Removal of downgraded, retired, or sold assets from physical and electronic inventory
  • Tracking and organization of damages on campus
  • Movement of damages to machine shops
  • Tracking and Prioritizing of Damages at machines shops
  • Use of Forklift to maneuver assets
  • Use of Overhead Crane to maneuver assets
  • Other duties as assigned by Superiors


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Operations of Forklift
  • Operation of Overhead Crane
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of operating common office equipment
  • Computer literacy, which should include basic keyboard data entry


Credentials and Experience


  • The minimum education level for this position is a high school graduate or equivalent experience in the oilfield industry a plus.
